Available in four dimensions – Ø50mm, Ø75 mm, Ø90 mm and 125mm – these augers are designed for durability and smooth operation in demanding environments.
At PE Services, we supply high-performance grain intake systems designed to streamline the first stage of feed processing — from raw material entry to pre-cleaning and storage.
The grain intake hopper is typically built into the floor and fitted with a grated cover, allowing easy unloading of raw materials from bulk deliveries or bags, while filtering out larger impurities right at entry.

Bulk grain or bagged materials are loaded into the hopper.
Initial Cleaning
A grain cleaner, positioned directly after the intake, uses screen separation to remove foreign materials such as stones, husks, and coarse debris.
Dust Aspiration System

Transfer to Storage
